This application being IA No: CAN 3 of 2025 is taken out to record the death of the appellant/claimant and to substitute his legal heirs.

It is the contention of the applicant that the appellant/claimant died pursuant to the disposal of the appeal on 07.09.2025 leaving behind the legal heirs and representative namely Smt.

Manasi Chatterjee, Sabyasachi Chatterjee and Smt. Soumi Bandyopadhyay as fully described in paragraph 3 of the application. This application stands allowed. Let the name of the appellant/claimant be deleted from the cause title and the names of the legal heirs as mentioned in paragraph 3 be substituted in his place and stead. The amendment be carried out by the department within a period of two weeks from date.

After necessary amendments are carried out the awarded sum shall be disbursed in the name of the applicants.

IA No: CAN 3 of 2025 stands disposed of.
