We are satisfied with the explanation offered by the petitioner for not being able to meet the I.O. once in a week for a period between 13th July, 2024 and 21st August, 2024. Medical report shows that he was having some medical issues. Thereafter, he has participated in the investigation as disclosed in the supplementary affidavit and also documents submitted in Court today. 2.

Considering the aforesaid facts, we relax the bail condition to the extent that the instead of once in a week, the petitioner shall meet the I.O. once in a fortnight till the submission of final report.

3. We expect the I.O. shall conclude the investigation at the earliest.

4. We make it clear that after final report is filed, there shall be no requirement for the petitioner to meet the I.O. any further. 5.

CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
