The petitioner is aggrieved by Bishnupur Police Station Case No. 235 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023 under Sections of the Indian Penal Code and the provisions of the WBMPO Act, 1992.

The Bishnupur Police Station has filed a report dated 12.05.2023, which is taken on record.

It is ordered that the investigation into the subject FIR be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months from date.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
