The prayer for anticipatory bail was granted on 26th April, 2024. However, due to inadvertence instead of Manikchak police station, Debra police station has been mentioned and wrong case number has also been mentioned.

Accordingly, in the description of the matter, "Debra Police Station Case No. 544 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023 under Sections 376(2)(n)/313/341 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, pending before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Special Court under the POCSO Act, Paschim Medinipur" shall stand deleted and be replaced by "Manikchak Police Station Case No. 128 of 2024 dated 15.02.2024 under Sections 342/323/325/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12/17 of the POCSO Act pending before

the Learned Additional District Judge, Special Court, 2nd Court, Malda".

Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 26th April, 2024.
