1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Ballistic report shows bullet recovered from one of the victims matches with the fire arm recovered from the petitioner. On such score, his bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits.

3. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
