The petitioner has applied for intra-district transfer after serving more than 5 years.

In the above circumstances, the Chairman, DPSC, Malda shall consider the petitioner's application for transfer, in accordance with Rules, mandatorily and positively, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The entire process shall be considered offline. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
