Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the private opposite parties submitted that the petitioner is not appearing before this Court instead of notices.

Considering the submission of the learned advocate for the private opposite party, it appears that the instant criminal revisional application is pending since 2018 and petitioner is not appearing.

It seems to me that petitioner is not interested to proceed with the revisional application. Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed for default.

Any order of stay passed by this Court during the proceeding of the instant criminal revisional application is also vacated. CRAN applications, if any, is also dismissed.
