There is one certificate (vide page 18 of the writ application) that the Teachers' training was taken by the petitioner from one institution in the Republic of Bangladesh in the year 1975. However, the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Malda vide his letter dated 11.06.2019 wrote to the Assistant Director of Pension, P.F. and Group Insurance for payment of the pension of the petitioner, which has not been done as yet. I direct the said Assistant Director of Pension, P.F. and Group Insurance to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to any officer of Staterespondent and to take a decision within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The decision is to be communicated to the petitioner by two weeks from the date of such decision.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
