This revisional application has been filed for expeditious disposal of the Case No. TR 421 of 2010 (arising out of A.C. 1923 of 2010) under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.

The case of the petitioner is that the case has been filed in the year 2010 and the same is still pending before the learned Court below.

Upon hearing the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, I am of the view that the following order may be passed: The learned 8th Judicial Magistrate at Alipore, South 24Parganas is directed to dispose of the case No. TR 421 of 2010 within a period of three months of resumption of normal functioning of the Court.

With the aforesaid direction, the revisional application, being C.R.R. 1136 of 2020 is, thus, disposed of. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Shekhar B. Saraf, J.)
