The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Sujata Das, learned Advocate who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

The records of the revisional application reflected that investigating agency after conclusion of investigation in connection the Nandigram P.S. Case No. 223/2020 dated 10.07.2020 submitted charge-sheet under Section 363/366 of the Indian Penal Code. None of the documents under Section 207 of Cr.P.C. have been enclosed along with the revisional application. Petitioner is yet to receive the same.

As such the revisional application is premature. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the learned trial Court by taking out an application for discharge at the relevant stage of the proceeding.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 1369 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
