The Registrar of Co-operative Societies, West Bengal, that is, the respondent no.3, shall take immediate steps to ensure that in the event the petitioner is found entitled to leave encashment in terms of Rule 106(19)(3) of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011, the same shall be disbursed in the petitioner's favour within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no orders as to costs. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
