Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a talk of settlement is going on and as such, the petitioner would not like to place this application. Written instruction to that effect filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.
