1. An undated report of the Municipal Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation, filed in Court today be retained with the record. Let a copy of this report be handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

2. It appears that the issue of unauthorized construction is being dealt with by the Special Officer (Building). Interim order has been passed in the matter.

3. As it appears that the issue is already under consideration before the Special Officer (Building),

accordingly, the Court is not inclined to continue with the contempt proceeding any further.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to make all submission before the Special Officer (Building) in the proceeding which is pending before the authority being demolition case no.035-D/Br-XV/2324 in respect of premises no. Z-3, 236/8, Bagdipara Road, Ward no. 141, Br-XV.

5. The contempt application stands disposed of.
