Without entering into the merits of the allegations and as a prayer has been advanced that the present petitioners intend to exhaust other remedies which touch their liberty, I direct that the proclamation so issued by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah be stayed till 22.05.2024. However, this will not preclude the police authorities or the investigating authorities from executing the warrant of arrest which is pending.

The proclamation be revived on the next working day of the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah after 22.05.2024.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1466 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
