The subject matter of this so-called Public Interest Litigation is the subject matter of challenge for consideration in a civil proceeding in which the State of West Bengal has filed a suit for declaration and cancellation of B schedule deed valued at Rs.10/- alleging that the said deed was obtained by the defendant on the basis of the false documents.
