In the 5th line of the 3rd paragraph of the judgment dated 10th April, 2025 "01.05.2024"

shall be read as "01.05.2014.

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 10th April, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
