An appropriate notice be served upon the learned advocate for the caveator by tomorrow intimating the adjourned date of hearing and in the event, the caveator is not represented on the adjourned date, the matter shall be heard in absence of the caveator. An affidavit of service shall be filed on the adjourned date.

The learned Registrar, City Civil Court at Calcutta, shall forward all orders in Title Execution Case No. 24 of 2011 to this court by Thursday next, that is, February 11, 2021 in a sealed envelope.
