In the first page of the order dated January 7, 2021, under the second heading FMAT 654 of 2016 shall stand corrected to read as FMAT 522 of 2018.

In the first line of the third paragraph of the second page of the said order, the date 23.02.2016 shall stand deleted and corrected as 23.02.2006. Let the order dated January 7, 2021 stand corrected accordingly.

The other part of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take steps in this regard.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order on the usual undertaking.
