Mr. Victor Chatterjee ... For the respondent no. 6 In re: CAN 1 of 2023 The present application has been filed, inter alia, praying for stay of operation of the notice dated 5th May, 2023 for holding the meeting of the JBCCI-XI, scheduled to be held on 19th May, 2023.

Mr. Chatterjee, enters appearance on behalf of the respondent no.6 and submits that process of finalizing JBCCI-XI has already been completed and the Ministry of Coal has already published the same. He submits that in view of the aforesaid, the present application has become infructuous.

None appears on behalf of the applicants/petitioners. No accommodation has been prayed for.
