He prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the decision communicated to the petitioners through the said notice dated April 8, 2026.

In the light of the prayer made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh on the self-same cause of action as well as the challenging the decision contained in subsequent notice dated April 8, 2026.
