Two applications for bail are taken up for consideration

as both emanate out of the same police station and are filed by the same person. The petitioner before us misled two advocates of the High Court.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the offences that the petitioner is charged with. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 1285 of 2022 and C.R.M. (DB) 1304 of 2022 are dismissed.
