Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a direction upon the police to submit charge sheet by incorporating section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the State submits that charge sheet was filed on July 9, 2020.

Under such circumstances, the police having filed charge sheet, no further interference is called for by the writ court This order will not prevent the petitioners from taking appropriate steps in accordance with law. W.P.A. 6672 of 2020 (Old No. W.P. 6672 (W) of 2020) is disposed of.
