Grievance of the petitioner is though she participated in the selection process for filling up the post of Assistant Headmistress in Rathtala Rajlaxmi Balika Vidyamandir (H.S.), North 24 Parganas and interview was held on 30th November, 2024 but till date she does not know the outcome of the said selection process.

Mr. Singh, learned advocate representing the State respondents submits a communication dated 28th April, 2025 of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas enclosing one memo dated 25th April, 2025 and score-sheet, which are taken on record.

On perusal of the communication dated 28th April, 2025, it appears that school authority submitted the panel prepared for filling up the post of Assistant Headmistress on 11th December, 2024 after the interview was held on 30th November, 2024 and on scrutiny of said

panel, District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) concerned approved the same vide memo dated 25th April, 2025. It appears from the approval memo dated 25th April, 2025 that one Sima Dey stood first and petitioner stood second.

In view of the approval of panel accorded by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) vide memo dated 25th April, 2025, no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps, in accordance with law, if so advised.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
