(Via Video Conference) [[ Mr. Upendra Roy Mr. Sunny Nandy .....For the Petitioner This is an application for early hearing which is disposed of by taking up the writ petition for consideration. CAN 5545 of 2020 is disposed of.

Petitioner seeks pension subsequent to superannuation from service.

None appears for the respondents despite service. There subsist a letter dated October 31, 2019. By such letter a request for release of the admissible pension was made.

Since the petitioner is yet to receive any pension, the respondent no.3 will take appropriate steps for the purpose of preparing the pension file of the petitioner and transmit

the same to the appropriate authorities for payment of pension, if not already done. Such exercise is to be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. No.6675 of 2020 is disposed of.
