The Report submitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rampurhat, Birbhum dated 30.06.2023, stated that the present petitioner i.e. Udu Sk. has been acquitted from the charges in Sessions Case No. 14 of 1995 in connection with Rampurhat Police Station Case No. 132 of 1991 dated 17.08.1991 under Sections 302/307/326/353/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 9(B)(ii) of the Indian Explosives Act (G.R. Case No. 498 of 1991). The said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for necessary information.
