1. Let a copy of the application be served upon Mr. Arijit Ganguly and Ms. J. Saha, who ordinarily appear on behalf of the State. They are requested to represent the State. Their engagement may be regularized in due course.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is one of the accused in a case under Sections 395/397/412 of the IPC. He was granted bail on 15.1.2024 and thereafter, he attended the Trial Court regularly. Only on one occasion, due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not attend the Court and a warrant of arrest was issued.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the State.

4. It appears that the petitioner was earlier granted bail. He could not attend the Court on one occasion.

5. In such circumstance and in the interest of justice, let the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner remain stayed for a period of six weeks from date. The petitioner shall be at liberty to surrender and pray for bail within such time and the learned Trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law.

6. With the above observations and directions, the revisional application is disposed of.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
