The Court is informed that proclamation requiring the appearance of the petitioner was issued.

In such circumstances, considering the long absconsion of the petitioner and the gravity of the offence, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1618 of 2023 is dismissed.
