Mr. Tapas Sinha, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr. Imran Ali, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits report in compliance to order dated 21st April, 2022. He submits that the Investigating Agency has submitted final report in the case after collecting the report of Q.D.E.B. He further submits that other two revisional applications which arose out of similar nature of allegations, has been disposed of.

It appears from the report dated 21.6.2022 certified by the Inspector-In-Charge, Taldangra P.S. that as per the report of Q.D.E.B. no allegation of forgery by the FIR named accused was proved and final report being Taldangra P.S. ER No. 34/2022 dated 21.6.2022 has been filed as mistake of fact.

In view of the above, the present revisional application becomes infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. All connected applications stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
