And In Re : Shuvam Keshri @ Subham Keshri .... petitioner Ms. Minoti Gomes Mr. Apurba Kumar Datta ....for the petitioner Ms. Zareen N. Khan Mr. Subhajit Chowdhury ... for the State 1.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he was a child in conflict with law. He has been falsely implicated. There is no direct evidence connecting him with the murder. He prays for bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses recorded before learned Magistrate show petitioner had been seen with the victim immediately prior to the murder. Wearing apparels of the petitioner were stained with blood. In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstances and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
