1. Present petition has been filed for transfer of Misc Case no. 192 of 2019 under section 125 Cr.P.C from the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Kalyani, Nadia to the learned competent court at Barrackpore.

2. Learned counsel submits that Misc case no. 253 of 2019 under the Domestic Violence Act was transferred by a coordinate Bench of this court from Kalyani Nadia to Barasat, North 24 Pgs in CRR 1835 of 2024.

3. Opposite party has duly been served. However, there is no representation on behalf of the opposite party.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has an apprehension of her security if she visits the Kalyani Nadia court. He submits that in this regard an incident also took place on 5.3.2024 for which police report was also made.

5. He further submits that Misc Case no. 253 of 2019 was also transferred on the similar ground.

6. In view of the submissions made, Misc Case no. 192 of 2019 under section 125 Cr.P.C is withdrawn from the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Kalyani, Nadia and assign to

the learned competent court at Barrackpore within the jurisdiction of District and Sessions Judge, Barasat North 24 pgs.

7. Learned transferred court is directed to send the entire record to the transferee court.

8. Copy of the order be sent to the transferred court.

9. Copy of the order be also served upon the opposite party. 10.

With this observation, revisional application is disposed of.
