Petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Upper Primary).

It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the Commission that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed since the writ petition was instituted, inter alia, praying for consideration of the candidature of the petitioner in the aforesaid selection process by permitting her to upload the documents.

It has further been submitted on behalf of the Commission that initially due to failure on the part of the petitioner to upload her credentials petitioner's candidature was not considered but subsequently with the leave of the Hon'ble Court petitioner was again permitted to upload the documents and she was considered being an eligible candidate and participated in the personally

test.

It is also submitted on behalf of the Commission that petitioner is one of the empanelled candidates. The panel prepared containing name of the petitioner has not yet been given effect to due to pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Court.

In view of the facts narrated on behalf of the Commission, it appears that no order need be passed on this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
