Counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the instant writ application is in the nature of a public interest litigation.

Hence, liberty is granted to the Counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the instant writ application and file afresh before the appropriate Bench having determination in the matter.

The instant writ petition shall stand dismissed with liberty reserved to the petitioner as prayed for hereinabove.

The instructions of the writ petitioner to his Advocate dated 2nd December, 2021 is kept with the record.
