Mr. Kausik De, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and the complaint case being No. 3465 of 2015 has already been withdrawn in the trial court and accordingly, the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the present revisional application.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the present revisional application stands dismissed "as withdrawn".

All connected applications stands disposed of. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court for information.
