2. This revisional application impeaches the order No. 15 dated 2.12.2010 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) 1st Court at Alipore in Ejectment Case No.

268 of 2007.

3. By the impugned order, learned trial court was pleased to reject the prayer of the defendant to file a written statement beyond 120 days.

4. The order impugned does not manifest any jurisdictional error and does not warrant any interference. The revisional application is, thus, dismissed.

5. The order of stay passed on 4th December, 2012 stands vacated.

6. The connected application is, accordingly, disposed of.

7. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court

immediately for information and necessary action.
