Petitioner submits that pursuant to the informations so furnished by the petitioner no steps have been taken by the Inspector-in-Charge of Chandannagar Police Station.

State has submitted a report regarding the steps taken.

Be that as it may, since substantial time has passed, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, petitioner will file a fresh representation with the concerned police station. The police authorities would assess and thereafter take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9938 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
