The instant appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 19th February, 2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 2nd Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas in Title Suit No. 7 of 2001.

The appellant is not represented today. No accommodation is prayed for.

Hence, F.A. No. 175 of 2016 shall stand dismissed. Consequently, CAN 1 of 2016 shall also stand dismissed.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
