Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner claims that he is in possession of a property which is being interfered with by the private respondents.

To that effect, information was furnished with the police authorities on or about 01.03.2025. Grievance of the petitioner is that the police authorities did not respond to the same. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that police authorities on receipt of the information on or about 10.03.2025 drew up proceedings under section 126 of the BNSS. It has been also referred to in the report that another civil case has been initiated by the respondents being partition suit case no. 42/25 which is fixed on 01.07.2025.

Having considered that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents are still persisting, police authorities would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the parties. With the aforesaid observations WPA 9150 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
