[ Modification of the order dated April 21, 2023 is sought for. Order was passed in presence of the parties and at their invitation and instance. It was an agreed order. They did not object to the contents of the order. Thereafter, the private parties chose to work out the order in a way they thought prudent.

We find no ground to modify of such order in view of the conduct of the private parties.
