Review is sought of the order dated 23rd March 2021 with particular reference to the second paragraph of the second page of the said order.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the documents annexed at 'annexure P-7' of the application that the petitioner was recruited strictly in terms of the guidelines after advertising and notice. It is submitted that the said documents were not available when the petition was filed despite due diligence. The said documents came to the petitioner's custody after the writ petition was disposed of. In view of the matter, the order dated 23rd March, 2021 shall stand reviewed recalled. The writ petition is restored to its file and number. The writ petition be listed as a "Motion" afresh two weeks hence.

RVW 71 of 2021 is allowed and disposed of. In view of the disposal of the RVW 71 of 2021 all connected applications are disposed of.

The petitioner shall serve notice of this order upon all the respondents and affidavit of service be filed before this Court on the next date.
