Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. On a query from court whether there is any interest of the petitioner in the building concerned or not, the answer from learned advocate for the petitioner is in the negative.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the court to the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C, the seizure list and the copy of the lease deed existing in respect of property concerned. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that there is a lease which exists in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property concerned, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM 3565 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
