None appear on behalf of either parties when the matter is called on today.

It is evident that the present case is appearing in the list from 6th September 2022 and has been called on every day since thereafter when neither of the parties were ever represented. Hence today the matter is taken up for disposal on merit in absence of the parties.

The petitioner's prayer in this case is for an order to quash the proceedings in Misc Case No.524 of 2014 under Section 125 Cr.P.C, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 6th Court at Burdwan. Petitioner has pleaded several grounds and annexed various documents to substantiate those grounds. It can be summarized that petitioner has tried to bring on record that the opposite party no.2 had no sufficient ground to maintain the case against him in the court below under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

Perused the record, the grounds pleaded therein and documents annexed with the petition. On carefully considering the same this court unable to found any substantive or cogent

ground to have been made out by the petitioner to ensure an order of this court as prayed for by him. This has prompted the court to find no merit in the present case filed by the petitioner and thus CRR 995 of 2015 is dismissed for the reasons as mentioned above. In view of dismissal of this revision the connected application being CRAN 2 of 2015 (Old No: CRAN 2742 of 2015) is also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
