Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor, appears on behalf of the State and submits a report of the Officer-in-Charge of Hingalganj Circle, Basirhat Police District. Let the same be kept with the record.

Report reflects that supplementary charge-sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional court under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code and the Passports Act.

Learned trial court is directed to proceed in accordance with the law. The interim bail earlier granted is hereby confirmed. The conditions so imposed would continue until further modified by this Court.
