Kutubuddin ..for the petitioner Ms. Rituparna Maitra ..for WBSEDCL Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for effecting the electricity connection for his submersible pump set, he has deposited the amount quoted by WBSEDCL on February 10, 2025, but the connection has not yet been effected.

Learned counsel appearing for WBSEDCL submits that electricity connection may be effected within a period of six weeks subject to compliance with the required formalities by the petitioner.

Nothing remains to be decided in view of the stand of WBSEDCL.

Accordingly, WPA 9192 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
