The petitioner's two applications for transfer were rejected by the Managing Committee of the School in terms of the resolution of the School dated 23.08.2021 and 10.09.2021. The petitioner applied afresh on 16.02.2022 which is lying with the head of the Institution.

In those circumstances, the head of the Institution shall process the petitioner's application and take a decision thereon within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
