Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in assaulting the victim resulting in his death and as prayer for bail of the co-accused was turned down by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail being CRM 6116 of 2020 is rejected.
