This is an application filed by the customs authority concerned for extending the time for compliance of the order of this Court dated 6th June, 2022 for the reasons of difficulties they are facing as pleaded in this application and considering such pleadings in the application, time for compliance of the order of this Court dated 6th June, 2022 is extended for a period of three months and it is clarified that no further extension will be granted. Accordingly this application being CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
