Mr. Jayanta Sengupta, Ms. Sebatee Datta ...for the petitioners Mr. Om Narayan Rai, Mr. Aritra Ghosh ...for the respondent-Bank Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject-matter of challenge in the writ petition has been mitigated in view of the respondent-bank having agreed to give effect to the Board resolution of respondent no. 5 dated January 17, 2018. As such, the petitioners seek to withdraw the present writ petition.
Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 7431 of 2018 along with C.A.N. 1 of 2018 (old No. C.A.N. 4631 of 2018) and C.A.N. 2 of 2020 are disposed of as withdrawn.
The petitioners will be at liberty to challenge any subsequent action of the respondents in the event occasion so arises.
There will be no order as to costs.
