The application for cancellation of bail was preferred in the year 2019. More than six years have passed. State has submitted a report which reflects that evidence of the prosecution witnesses are progressing before the learned Special Court being the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Alipore. There is no post bail misconduct of the accused person which would reflect misuse by the accused/opposite party which would call for interference by this Court.

In view of the above, at this belated stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of bail granted. Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail being CRM 4028 of 2019 is dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
