Case diary is produced. It appears from the records that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle, which is used for transporting narcotic substance above commercial quantity. Having considered the materials on record and prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act and as trial is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
