1. The disputes between the petitioners and the private respondent is with regard to the construction of a water reservoir in the premises.

2. Counsel for the private respondent submits that his client has no objection if the reservoir is constructed and the water pipes do not in any way come into contact with the electricity lines. He further submits that the petitioners and the private respondent want to share the water supply from the overhead tank.

3. This Court is of the view that the petitioners and the private respondent may come to an agreement for the aforesaid purpose and place the same before the Court below. This Court finds that police have no role to play in the matter.

4. Haridevpur Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.
